Description

A cozy bright room with a private bathroom is just a 2-minute walk from the north corner of the ancient Diocletian’s Palace with its green Giardin Park. The waterfront (sea coast) is only 200 m away, and the ferry, bus station, market and Bačvice (beautiful sandy beach with refreshing clear sea water) is only a 5-10 minutes walk away. Proximity to all important facilities and complete equipment characterize this unit. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom, shared kitchen, shared terrace, LCD TV, iMac, and Wi-Fi internet. In addition to a large selection of multimedia on demand, the user also gets free use of a Netflix account. The fully equipped kitchen and balcony share two more rooms.

The space

Regarding the building, it was built in the old style, with a perfect location right next to the Diocletian Palace. Additionally, you get all devices you will need during your stay. New Ultra-fast Wi-Fi and iMac in every room. If you just want to chill in the evening between exploring Split, you have a full HD TV with endless multimedia on demand. Moving on, the fully equipped kitchen and cozy shared balcony. The cooking room includes basic products which can be used by all guests free of charge.

The room is located in an old peaceful area in the center of town, only a 2-minute walk from the north corner of the ancient Diocletian Palace with its green-park Giardin, next to the famous sculpture of the Great Grgur Ninski. Just across there is a restaurant that offers fresh and delicious domestic food. The Riva (Sea-shore) is only 200 m away and Ferry, Bus-station, Market, and Bačvice, a wonderful sandy beach with its refreshing clear seawater, are just 5-10 min away on a walk (it has a blue flag).

• The price for 3 month’s stay – 700 € per month.
