Sunny double bed room within the city center in a beautiful location. The proximity of all important facilities and full equipment characterize this unit. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom, work desk, LCD TV, iMac computer, and Wi-Fi internet. With a large selection of multimedia on demand, the user also gets a free-to-use Netflix account. A fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic large sunny balcony are shared with two more rooms.

• Is smoking allowed? No.
• Pets allowed? No.

• Are parties allowed? No.
• Is a deposit required? Yes (600 €).
• Are the utilities included in the price? Yes.
• Are the Netflix account and iMac in the room included in the price? Yes.
• Minimum stay 1 month.
• Price for 1 month’s stay – 700 €.
• The price for 2-month stays – 650 € per month.
  
• The price for 3 months’ stay – 600 € per month.

Please note that these prices are only valid for monthly basis rent and the period from October to the end of March. For prices from April to the end of September please contact us directly.
