This delightful double bedroom is uniquely located in the center of Split on the 1st floor of a south-oriented building with a city view. You can enjoy an overview of the old town. Just a 7 or 8 minutes walk from the Diocletian’s Palace and Peristil Cathedral and a 15-min walk from the popular sand beach Bačvice. Bus and railway stations are less than 12 min by foot from the unit. Spring Double has an air-conditioner for hot summer nights. You will find a shared kitchen fully equipped with an oven and range, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

Croparadise Spring Green Double Room is situated a 7-minute walk from UNESCO-protected Diocletian’s Palace, the most vibrant area in Split Riva Promenade, and an amazing number of attractions. It’s possible to walk almost everywhere, and this is an interesting starting point to explore the city. All rooms are redecorated with new, modern furniture and accessories including LCD TV sets (endless multimedia on demand for free & direct internet access on TV), individual reading lights with additional A/C power socket for every dorm bed, iMac PCs with broadband internet access and wireless internet for your personal gadgets. Spring Green Double Room is located in an old peaceful area in the center of town, only a 5-minute walk from the north corner of the ancient Diocletian Palace with its green-park Giardin, next to the famous sculpture of the Great Grgur Ninski. The Riva (Sea-shore) is only 600 m away and Ferry, Bus-station, Market, and Bačvice, a wonderful sandy beach with its refreshing clear seawater, are just 10-15 min away by walk (it has a blue flag). This room provides luxury comfort, convenience, and space for incredible affordability! With restaurants, art galleries, bus/bike tours, shopping, clubs, and bars surrounding the room, you will become more than a visitor, you will be a part of the Split.

• Is a deposit required? Yes (400 €).
• Are the utilities included in the price? Yes.
• Minimum stay 1 month.
• Price for 1 month’s stay – 500 €.
• The price for 2-month stays – 450 € per month.
  
• The price for 3 months’ stay – 400 € per month.
