Sunny single room of relaxing colors in the city center in a quiet location. The proximity of all important facilities and full equipment characterize this unit. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV, iMac, and Wi-Fi internet. With a large selection of multimedia on demand, the user also gets a free-to-use Netflix account. A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony are shared with two more rooms. Located in the old town, one minute from Diocletian’s Palace, Violet Double Room provides luxury comfort, convenience, and space for incredible affordability!
With restaurants, art galleries, bus/bike tours, shopping, clubs, and bars surrounding the room, you will become more than a visitor, you will be a part of the Split.

The space

The idea of creating this unit came from the Lavender flower, which is the symbol of Dalmatia already more than 2000 years.
Inspired by the not intense and calm color of the plant, the whole unit was created to be ideal for relaxation and comfy hanging out with new friends.
The main color of the design in the Violet Unit is also strongly associated with nature, flowers, and plants. Such as lilac, lavender, pansies, and orchids with many shades of purple taking their name from nature.
However, not only color will affect your choice of booking this unit, but also a cozy kitchen with an open small terrace. That terrace is perfect for breakfasts and dinners. You will never find such a fantastic balance of an ideal price and a modern room.

Neighborhood overview

The room is located in an old peaceful area in the center of town, only a 2-minute walk from the north corner of the ancient Diocletian Palace with its green-park Giardin, next to the famous sculpture of the Great Grgur Ninski. Just across there is a restaurant that offers fresh and delicious domestic food. The Riva (Sea-shore) is only 200 m away and Ferry, Bus-station, Market, and Bačvice, a wonderful sandy beach with its refreshing clear seawater, are just 5-10 min away on a walk (it has a blue flag).

• Minimum stay 1 month.
• Price for 1 month’s stay – 500 €.
• Price for 2-month stays – 450 € per month.
  
• The price for 3 months’ stay – 400 € per month.
