Sunny comfortable room with a double bed in the city center in a quiet location. The proximity of all important facilities and full equipment characterize this unit. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV, iMac, and Wi-Fi internet. With a large selection of multimedia on demand, the user also gets a free-to-use Netflix account. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are shared with two more rooms.

The space

Improving the Light Blue unit every year and listening to the needs of our guests we have made sure that you have everything you need: night light, shelf and socket up to each bed, large closet lockers; shampoo, soap, towels, and hairdryer in the bathroom; free coffee, tea and spices in the kitchen; iron, safe, copy and print service on request; bicycle and luggage storage … and whatever you need and we have forgotten.

Neighborhood overview

The room is located in an old peaceful area in the center of town, only a 2-minute walk from the north corner of the ancient Diocletian Palace with its green-park Giardin, next to the famous sculpture of the Great Grgur Ninski. Just across there is a restaurant that offers fresh and delicious domestic food. The Riva (Sea-shore) is only 200 m away and Ferry, Bus-station, Market, and Bačvice, a wonderful sandy beach with its refreshing clear seawater, are just 5-10 min away on a walk (it has a blue flag).

• Minimum stay 1 month.
• Price for 1-month stay – 500 €.
• The price for a 2-month stay – 450 € per month.
  
• The price for 3 months’ stay – 400 € per month.
