Cozy twin room with private bathroom in a quiet part of the city center. Proximity to all important facilities and complete equipment characterize this unit. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom, LCD TV, iMac, and Wi-Fi internet. In addition to a large selection of multimedia on demand, the user also gets free use of a Netflix account. The kitchen with the dining area is shared with three more rooms.

The space

Regarding the building, it was built in the old style, with a perfect location right next to the Diocletian Palace. Additionally, you get all devices you will need during your stay. New Ultra-fast Wi-Fi and iMac in every room. If you just want to chill in the evening between exploring Split, you have a full HD TV with endless multimedia on demand. Moving on, the fully equipped kitchen. The cooking room includes basic products which can be used by all guests free of charge.

Neighborhood overview

The room is located in an old peaceful area in the center of town, only a 2-minute walk from the north corner of the ancient Diocletian Palace with its green-park Giardin, next to the famous sculpture of the Great Grgur Ninski. Just across there is a restaurant that offers fresh and delicious domestic food. The Riva (Sea-shore) is only 200 m away and Ferry, Bus-station, Market, and Bačvice, a wonderful sandy beach with its refreshing clear seawater, are just 5-10 min away by walk (it has a blue flag).

• Price for 3 months stays – 500 € per month.
