The room is air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV, iMac, and Wi-Fi internet. With a large selection of multimedia on demand, the user also gets a free-to-use Netflix account. The fully equipped kitchenette, fantastic large balcony, and 2 bathrooms are shared with two more rooms.

The room is located in an old peaceful area in the center of town, only a 2-minute walk from the north corner of the ancient Diocletian Palace with its green-park Giardin, next to the famous sculpture of the Great Grgur Ninski. The Riva (Sea-shore) is only 200 m away and Ferry, Bus-station, Market, and Bačvice, a wonderful sandy beach with its refreshing clear seawater, are just 5-10 min away on a walk (it has a blue flag). Green Five dormitory room provides luxury comfort, convenience, and space for incredible affordability! • Are the Netflix account and iMac in the room included in the price? Yes.
• Minimum stay 1 month.
• Minimum stay one month.
• The price for one month’s stays – 300 €.
• The price for a two-month stay – 280 € per month.
  
• The price for three months stays – 250 € per month.

Please note that these prices are only valid for monthly basis rent and the period from October to the end of March. For prices from April to the end of September please contact us directly.
