The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom, work desk, LCD TV, iMac computer, and Wi-Fi internet. With a large selection of multimedia on demand, the user also gets a free-to-use Netflix account. A fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic large sunny balcony are shared with two more rooms.

• Are the Netflix account and iMac in the room included in the price? Yes.
• Minimum stay 1 month.
• Price for 1 month stay – 600 €.
• Price for 2 months stays – 500 € per month.
  
• Price for 3 months stays – 500 € per month.

Please note that these prices are only valid for monthly basis rent and the period from October to the end of May. For prices from June to the end of September please contact us directly.
